adventure

verb 1. to risk or hazard.
2. to take the chance of; dare.

Savannah, Georgia.  The one stop I picked out that I really wanted to see.  Believe it or not, I thought this stop would be all about the girls and that T would be bored silly.  I underestimated the little guy!  He loved the old towne trolley tour.  Loved the buildings, the parks and the pirates - argh;)  It was hot, hot, hot - like 106 degrees - but we loved the atmosphere.  The old houses, the history, the stories.  While we were there we saw all the old buildings converted by Savannah College of Art.  Loved them.  A definite maybe on Cassie's college list.  The city was so polite and friendly it made you want to stay a good long time.  The walking was crazy on this part of our trip.  The city is built all crazy, up steep steps and down steep steps and cobblestones everywhere.  What a workout.  I would definitely go back  This was the stop that Marissa discovered her love of photography.  Each of the girls had brought a camera on the trip and when we were on the trolley tour Marissa got some amazing pics.  After that she was hooked!  A lot of the images in this scrapbook are hers.  Here's one of the pages from Savannah.  Enjoy, Kim

Just in case your wondering - Cassie suffered a back fracture in gymnastics so she needed to wear a brace at all times during the trip.  Most of the time it was so hot that she had to wear it over her outfit.  On occasion she could wear it under:)
